The Research And Realization Of Compus-wide WebGIS Based On .NET

With the conception of"The Digital Earth"been put forward and the developing of the digital construction, the exploitation of WebGIS as the core technologies is developing very fast. And it's application is used in every walk of life. The campus-wide Geographical Information System utilizes the WebGIS technologies into data management systems, it supports a network, spatial, dynamic information management platform.The research is based on the campus WebGIS and realizes campus imformation management.It is based on the analyses of the character and the trend of the WebGIS technologies development and aims at establishing the campus-wide WebGIS which is based on the Object-Oriented c#.NET programming circumstance,the distributed database technologies and ComGIS technologies. The fire protection equipments WebGIS and the foundational establishment WebGIS for running a school is designed and realized. The research is including:The research embeds MapX and MapXtreme (two widgets based on COM technology) into .NET by using committal technology and establishs the platform of .NET. The B/S mode under the platform of .NET, combined ComGIS technologies with distributed database technologies.An object of MapXCourier, generated from MapXtreme server, makes application program visit the inner MapX object through the instance of MapXserver, and loads the geosets included in the MapX object. At the same time, it transfers GIF or BMP files to Browser.The the zoom, orientation, roam function of maps is realized by setting the zoom and the coordinate of the MapX object and using the technology of ASP.NET programming.The system Designs the relationship of the geography data and the information data, builds the mixed organization mode of GIS special data and realizes the synchronization of the geography data and the information data. The whole system Uses the dataset of the platform of .NET to insert, delete, update, inquire, statistic information data.
