The Design Of Ration Distribution System Intelligent Nodes

Based on microcomputer,the automation of the tank farm is a integrated technology of many different specialties, which realizes not only the full-scale rebuildings of the control method of fuel delivery,measuring way, communication model management pattern for the traditional tank farm ,but also a great change of running manner and management for tank farm. This paper focuses on the development of the automatic oil dispatching system's controller and measures of Water Hammer Preventive in the process of oil dispatching.In the process of design and development, advanced technologies and needs of user in the field of tank farm are analysed detailedly, Then this paper puts forward the design of oil dispatching control System based on ARM andμC/OS-II. Meanwhile CAN bus communication technology was selected to realize data sharing between hostcomputer and controller.According to the practical requirements,This paper have completed the processing of flow pulse, temperature signal acquisition and processing, stat,parameter of oil displaying and preserving, the design process of control valve's control.Emphases are placed on Water Hammer Preventive measures,such as adding Backflow Equipment, Valve Stroking, optimization method of electro - hydraulic ,and so on.From those designs,the system is improved .
