Study On Dual-stream Transmission And Its Application In Trial Monitoring And Command System

As a trial network video monitoring of important applications, the trial monitoring and command system have developed rapidly in recent years. It has extensive promotion and application in the government. In this paper, under the command control system building needs ,the Hefei City People's Procuratorate trial design the procuratorate trial monitoring program command system hardware and software programs. Meanwhile, the paper raises trial monitoring procuratorate command systems into integrated management system integration of specific measures. The trial concluded that the establishment of monitoring the procuratorate command system must be resolved by the two key issues: First, because people visit video surveillance at the same time point, it would cause serious problems of network bandwidth consumption ; Second, video transmission network protocol of choice.The rest of this thesis aims at the two problems mentioned. It introduces the dual-stream firstly. And then, it compares and studies three network video transmission. Then it applied IP multicast technology and dual-stream transmission to the trial monitoring command system of the procuratorate, discusses the implement of IP multicast technology in Winsock and the implement plan for dual-stream transmission. Finally, it tests the network performance in the net video monitor system. Test results show that the use of IP multicast technology and dual-stream transmission can effectively improve the command system's Procuratorate trial monitoring network performance.
