Now ,people can do anything in this system by network or WAP,containing from work voucher's producting to information search.It introduced the bespeak service managing system structure in the text, and developped the network to bespeak service managing software system according to that system.The development tool of the software usage is an JSP, struts,hibernate,spring and database of oracle.The basic realization of that software makes use of the network the service carries on various functions of the system, usage convenience fast, save time labor-saving and improve service mean and responsing speed.Aim at the software request, This text carries on the certain research to various functions, according to the basic principle of the software engineering, the in a specific way analytical step will give in the text description.In this thesis article,research and develop respeak managing system is from a few aspect below:Developing the software is aim at customer's demand and allegro speed. With world's production power developing,in now social developing,the people is not all to fix attention on province or country,or else all world.In the backgruond,at service level and attitude,tellphone company have no authority to decide to direction,else customer chose our developing direction.Customer have many chose ,else ,we have no chose,only developing.In research software technicalness,I acent on procedure ,using struts ,hiberate and spring as research technicalness.I am conducted by limit conception to implements software research.I chose limit conception because of abriging risk.I finish to the most function of user demand,at last,finishing other content.In component reuse,I used interface as programing in software developing.The most programer or begainer of memory,they is few to use interface to program.Interface is a concept to them.No one researchs it to how to use interface;With imporving of experience,I feel Interface programing is frugal of time,same as time,It improve java component of reusing.In searching of record,bespeak managing system develop prevalence of hibernate,Hibernate is a kind of instrument of storeing data,it can be search data from database to GUI,use of prevalence of hibernate ,use it to update database in cascade-update,according to having need of user,bespeak managing system can search data which you demand,so it can improve searching eficiency.In software's layer structure,I use of four layer structure to implement my software,Database layer use as store data in two layer structure,application is singly layer,in the layer,interface code is mixtured with business code,It emerge structure is not clear and precise,and maintaining is difficulty, the question is very protrusive to large-scale software of complexing,to avoid two layer of flaw,I use of four layer structure,that is view ,control,model and database layer.
