In a bid for more efficient work,higher competitiveness, meeting the vast business needs of theclients,establishing a system of iternal office automatization and implementing aunified management system of cost consultation organizations and costengineers and cost management's information and achievement, the costconsultation institute of ChangChun sets up the item of'Construction CostConsultation Information System of ChangChun'.Based on the existing network environments of ChangChun costconsultation institute , this project is designed for estabishing secure and reliableinner-corporation document exchange centers and information transmissionplatforms ,so as to implement inner electric document exchange functions andouter online declaration functions of consultation organizations, cost engineersand other specialists. This system not only provides the service of informationcommunication by exchanging emails, but also does document transferring, readovermarginalia, signing, reporting and pigeonholing jobs between superiors andsubordinates. In the meanwhile it can accomplish project management,qualification management, integrated query and other transaction processingfunctions, implement concentrated management of official data information andalso insure accuraty, integrality and uniqueness of data sources. In this way, byregulating routine works and adequately sharing resources, corporations'workefficiency and management level is greatly improved, further more accurate andreliable information services for companies'management and decision level isprovided, which can help achieve corporations'office modernization,information resourcation, management macroscopicali zation and decisionscientification. This paper is mainly about intergration of the frame of J2EE,exploitationmolde of MVC, chart maked by iReport与JasperReports,table maked byJfreechart and design and realization of the Construction Cost ConsultationInformation System. Technology of J2EEå'ŒHibernate has been used in theresearch,using MVC to devise program can exalt coupling betweenprograms,which help maintain the pragrams.This paper make a research on the workmechanism of Hibernate deeplybased on Project Cost Consultation Information System of ChangChun. Thiswork-mechanism makes the system come true by adopting Oracle9i Data Baseand Resin application server, using the MVC exploitation frame offered byStructs as a base, combining with figuretable tool of Jaserpaper and JFreeChart.Hibernate, which encapsulates JDBC and establishes the mapping relationbetween Data Base and JAVA, is a kind of long management mechanism.Hibernate is a kind of independent frame and does not need any help of webserver or application server.Struts framework which inherited all the features of MVC came into beingas a part of the project called Apache Jakarta and was changed correspondinglyin response to the character of J2EE. However, model layer hasn't been definedin detail in the Struts framework. In the actual development process, modellayer combine with the logical structure of the business tightly and at the sametime the model layer should be able to handle the base data. Hibernate andStruts are the most prevailing database,they are principal chioce of exploitingJava enterprise application because of their efficieny. Athough they are applifiedtogether,the objective of designing Hibernate is not used with Struts,becauseStruts was issued years before Hibernate. In order to applify them together, inthis paper, a strategy for development was adopted by introducing Hibernate tothe model layer of the Struts framework in order to provide the support for thedata packing and mapping persistently.In this paper, the process of development is based on the method of RUP, the chart of case, analysis map, chart of component and disposition map isdesigned for research and development utilizing UML. Developments carry outsuccessfully by these related works.There are five parts in this paper, the first part introduces background,content and significance of the project. The second one discusses the conceptofHibernate,relative technology of permanence as well as technoligical knowledgeof manipulating Hibernate and database in details . Then it elaborates the systemneed of the project when it established,furthermore particular design plan offrame devise is made in allusion to the need. critical technology used in thesystem is explained in the forth part. At last the fifth part makes a conclusion ofthe whole work, point out the main work and nail down the next step of work.This paper does not bring up new theoretical methods of design andtechnology, just combines theory of Hibernate and Construction CostConsultation Information System based on exploiting a practical research itemto solve the applitation problems. This system is designed to improve theintegraty,betimes,specialization and scientism which support the decisionmaking,raise response and handle capabilities of emergency, implementresponse modernization, decision making information resourcation,routineofficial operation standardization, basically meet the consumers'needs. Allabove are the prospective purposes of this system. Now this system has beenrunning about half a year, working well. However it still need to find out andimprove it through operation.
