The Design And Realization Of Universities Teachers Teaching Assessment System

Along with the in-depth development of the nationwide assessment of higher education, it is imperative to solve the problem that how to promote the establishment of a teaching quality evaluation system which suits for the situation of universities, assure the teaching quality, realize the self-monitoring and achieve a virtuous circle through the implementation of the external evaluation. Teacher Evaluation System is a significant part of the evaluation of teaching quality.Based on the basic theory and associated with the actual work of the researcher, a set of Web Application software was developed in this paper through using Oracle 9i database and JSP technology based on B / S mode. The comprehensive evaluation of the teaching quality by the students can be achieved online. The traditional method that students boxed the tables on paper was changed into a new automatic and real-time method. The outcome of the survey can be counted, analyzed, displayed, and printed. This system managed all of the evaluation data in a dynamic manner along with some kind of intelligent analysis function. In this system, the outcome was submitted in a way of software package which can be installed in the server of the teaching management department of the university and shared with the existing teaching management system.
