Greenhouse environmental control is a method to make the best growing condition for the crops and achieving the goal of crops output yeild,quality improvement,growth cycle adjustment and economic efficiency enhancement which is based on the full use of natural resource through changing environment factors such as temperature,humidity,light etc. Implementing intelligent control of greenhouse by the integrate of computer technique,network technique and sensor technique is a important way to develop modern agriculture and controlled agriculture, developing controlled agriculture,exploring greenhouse environment intelligent control system which suits for China's specific conditions is of great importance.The paper makes a complete research of recent acquisition and control system's structure and developing process, using advanced control system software as reference, points out the limitation and shortcoming and proposes a overall plan of a network type greenhouse control system based on RCM2200 concluding the detailed method and step.RCM2200 core module produced by Z-World company is selected as the CPU of the system, through making full use of Ethernet port embedded in the core,large capacity expensed space and TCP/IP protocol lib, stemming from the consideration of the extension and flexibility, the system design plan is provided which includes parts of sensor data acquisition,controlled output,user interface,serial and network communication, more attention is paid on the hardware design of sensor data acquisition and serial communication,software design of control logic directed toward different factor and network communication, debugging work is also processed on the experiment device. A design thought of "loose coupling" and data transfer mode based on RS-485 bus are proposed in the paper, in addition, ports of the system can be configured flexible, so the versatility and augmentability are greatly improved in the system. The reliability problem of data transfer between different areas and platforms is solved through network communication based on TCP/IP protocol.The schematic and program of the system are provided in the design, at the same time, the application of some circuits used in practice is analyzed in detail.
