This thesis is put forward based on the project of "The Embedded Controllerfor Mine Industry Machine" from Shanghai Science and Technology Committee.Thethesis mainly discusses the design and realization of embedded system software inindustry control. This thesis discusses the design and implementation of embeddedsystem software in industry control, aims at establishing uniform software platform ofan entire embedded control system, which consists of embedded real-time OS,embedded supervising module, softPLC and etc.The thesis firstly introduces the conception and the development of theembedded industry control system, and combining the character of the mine industry,describs the designning idea, collective frame and the key technology of theembedded industry conctroller.Secondly the thesis introduces the embedded real time operating system socalled as ReWorks and its development environment named ReDe which is developedby the East China computing technology research center.With regard to the common problems of low level automation and intelligencein the heavy industries, author put forwards the embedded controller solution basedon the software platform of ReWorks real time operating system and hardwareplatform of PC/104 bus in accordance to the demands of real time quality andreliability.And nextly, on the basis of allocating the tasks for the controllers using DARTSmethod, defining the interfaces among tasks and make detailed description for eachmodules, the writer has reached and developed the driver of data collecting card onReWorks platform.The emphasis of the paper is to develop application modules which accord to thetraits of Mine Industry. After reaching TCP/IP protocol and SOCKET programming,the paper completes the development of drive program for ADT600 data collectingcard on ReWorks platform, and make it as a module; and on the basis of soft-PLCreach, the paper completes the development of universal soft PLC module, whichindludes developing system and operating system. And the repertoire can be updatedby the communication module.In the end, the thesis analyzes the related models which need to be improvedand developed in the platform. Then, the future application of embedded system in industry control is prospected.
