The farming of green buildings is all time influenced by very heat climate in blazing hot summer, and so, the providence of the moderate and suitable environment condition for green buildings is the crucial factor of gaining the good economical efficiency. The practical actions have proved that the evaporative pad and fan cooling system is the best way of improving productive aspect from considering the high reliability, low energy loss in the farming of green buildings. The system is the core on MCS-51 series monolithic machine and the hardware design by the first place to DS12887 clock chip,MAX813 outer-ring chip such as the dog acting as doorkeeper,DS18b20 figure senor and so on. According to the system functional requirement, it completes hardware,software and the linking graphics of distribution systems design, taking into account user needs, it design the stalls of automatic and manual control. Finally, through the control system of testing and analysis, it proves that the system is expected to meeting the goal.This paper presents the system design process in detail, and is divided into several main parts as follow:Firstly, introduce the work principle and characteristic of the evaporative pad and fan cooling system, and the advantage embodiment by contrast of else cooling systems.Secondly, introduce the system whole frame design which includes the functional and performance requirements.Thirdly, the hardware system design method including the main part schematic circuit is presented, In addition, the detailed hardware debugging also is given at last, finally it specifically describes the strong electricity distribution diagram of the design.Fourthly, according to the chosen scheme and the system characteristic, the software is programmed and the design method also is described. The main software-module realizations are presented at the end of the chapter.Fifthly, Through the controller system testing and analysis, it proves that the system is expected to meet the goal from the temperature collected,control process and the test aspects of the stability.
