Providing Telephone Service With Prepay Calling Account In Intelligent Network

As the result of the economic development and market economic shaped up, the subscribers hope to get more new services such as calling card, receiver centralized payment, VPN and personal communication, other than normal voice communication. And also, the quality of the network has been improved due to optical communication, ISDN, access network and No. 7 signaling network. This provided good opportunity to provide new service to subscribers. The development of China' s intelligent network has met this demand and increased the capability to provide new service.This article is to descript how to develop new service with the intelligent network platform. The new service enables the subscriber to set up any domestic and international call at any telephone with password while the calling fee is paid via the card. It also provides additional functions such as setup or changing password, using abbreviation function or changing it, checking the value, transferring money, cheating prevention and limiting the maximum value. This new service has become a new profit increasing point for the carrier, and also provided flexibility to subscribers. It presents the features of the combined telecommunication and computer technology. Hence, it is an advance one.According to the analysis, design and realizing steps in the software engineering, demand analysis, diagram design and database ER chart technologies has been applied in this article.
