Research And Implication On CAD And VC Data Interface Platform

With the development of engineering visualization technology, the data of engineering visualization emulation model becomes the key of visualization development. In order to get excellent model data and to build nicer data communication between model data and visualization software, this thesis emphasizes on concluding the data exchange and disposal between CAD map data and VC++ visualization softwareThis thesis mainly does the following items:(1) To build data interface programme between CAD and VC++, realizing the using of CAD map information. To strengthen the transplantation and flexibility, encapsulating this interface, and building dynamtic interface of DXF file.(2) To build an interface between VC++ and Excel file on the basis of bad equality of CAD map information, such as repeating data, error data. By the excellent data management, Excel can easily optimize the model data, improve the model data equality, and quicken the build of visualization model.(3) To introduce two drawing systems respectively adapt GDI drawing technology and OpenGL drawing technolog according to different design purpose, which can realize 2D CAD display including text and dimension and so on. Then openGL drawing technology can easily achieve the building of 3D model. By this way, 2D CAD information can easily be checked, and the development of 3D model can also be simply built.(4) To develop a 3D contour simulation system to deal with CAD contour map on the platform of this data interface. By reading 2D CAD contour map information, and using contour level to building 3D contour line map, terrain 3D visualization can be realized.A case study shows that as a platform of model data reading and model data management, this program solves the problems of lowly speed reading and different to release of EMS memory. This strengthened data management of this program can order a wide data management passage for visualization emulation software.
