A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a multi-hop temporary autonomous system of mobile nodes equipped with wireless transmitter and receiver. As it doesn't depend on fixed network infrastructure, and it doesn't have central controlling node and is good in resisting destructions, it is applicable to many situations that have difficulties in wiring networks. Based on these special advantages, MANET plays an important part in military applications, and it also has a good prospect in civil applications.Based on understanding the MANET characteristics in depth, focusing on the existing common facing problems, this paper proposed two schemes NMM mechanism and AODV-SL protocol to solve problems of unidirectional links and one scheme NRR mechanism to solve the problems of attack from inner non-cooperative nodes. The NMM mechanism makes use of monitoring by CN node to find the route to replace the unreachable route (mostly caused by unidirectional links) and is excellent to limit the overhead of the control packets. Leting the unidirectional links useful, the NMM mechanism also promotes the delivery ratio of packets. AODV-SL protocol imports the path-collection mechanism, unidirectional link notification, RRPN and RRPN-ACK packets. The results of simulation show that the performace of the delivery ratio and end-to-end delay is promoted obviously.NRR mechanism includes three parts: neighbor monitoring and detecting, node reputation and route healing. his mechanism realizes fully distributed intrusion detection. The theme can prevent inner non-cooperative nodes from attacking, can heal the damaged routing caused by attacks and ensure the stability of the on-demand routing protocol in its best. The research on routing protocol in this paper needs to be simulated on NS platform, but there are not comprehensive instructions of how to add a new wireless routing protocol to be simulated on NS platform and how to analyze its performance through the results. Such a detailed instruction has also been given based on simulation practice in this paper.
