The Discrete Event Dynamical Systems (DEDS) is different from the continuous event dynamical systems. Petri Net is one of the best tools to modeling and analyzes the DEDS. The purpose of analyze the performance of the system is to make the system work better when the system can be optimizing in the condition. We also can offer the theory to design new systems or improve on the old systems. We also can make the system to work as we want by the input of the system.Flexible Manufacture System (FMS) is the representative of DEDS. We have studied the fuzzy Petri Net deeply and the theory we got from the study have been put into the practice of optimize the performance of the FMS. The result of the emulator and the data of the experiment have proved the value of the paper's theory. The content of this paper have been summarized as follows.1,Firstly, introduced the basic theory and property of the Petri Net, this is the foundation of the following studies.2,The theory of the"back tree"has been used to diagnose the fault of the system. Finding the faults of the system and eliminating them is the important step in the early time of the system. It is possible to diagnose and eliminate the fault of complex system by the technique of predigest the complex Petri Net.3,After training, the fuzzy nerve net has replaced the fuzzy Petri Net and comprised the essence of the primary system. The input is the place in anytime and the output is the state of the transition. After simulate by Matlab, we can deduce the next state of the transition. So we can know the whole dynamic process of the system.4,Optimized the fire time of transition of the fuzzy Petri Net by the theory of dynamic programming, we got the shortest cycle of the system.5,The fuzzy neural Petri net has been endued the theory of color and specialist system. Which has been used to modeling and optimize the FMS, after the algorithm we got the data which is superiority than the other authority's theory. The improving of the throughput and system unbalance has been proved.The fruit of the study will be expatiated in the paper. The diagnose of system fault, the forecast of the system state, the optimize of the circle and the modeling of system and the improving of the performance of the DEDS, Which will has a good foreground in the procreative practice.
