Inner Mongolia Municipality (IMM) is in abundant in the wind power source and solar source, which are inexhaustible in supply and always available for use. IMUT cooperated with Inner Mongolia Municipality Science and Technology Commission in researching and developing 300W wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid DC/AC power inverter system,which has been applied in XUZ Country, DUZ Country, SZWQ Country of IMM and rescued farmer from suffering from no power supply.Inverter controller, the core of wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid DC/AC power inverter system, is deficiency of inductive carrying capacity, so it is easy to damage the switch tube of IGBT of inverter controller. It was found through a lot of experiences that it had relationship between the damage of the switch tube of IGBT of inverter controller and the waveform aberrance of inverter pulse transformer. It is significant that research on the reason of waveform aberrance of inverter pulse transformer and findings of resolve method for the increase of the quality of inverter controller.Base on Experiment study, the pulse transformer of wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid DC/AC power inverter system is the object in this thesis, and the influence of the Leakage Inductance and distributed capacitance to waveform aberrance are researched. The research work is involved in three parts. In first part, a data capture system of pulse transformer based on embedded ARM was designed, and the instantaneous capture of data of pulse transformer was also realized, ready for analyzing waveform later. In second part, the pulse transformer is researched base on the theory of pulse transformer and the influence of the Leakage Inductance and distributed capacitance to waveform were analyzed using this theory. In third part, based on the formula of theory of pulse transformer, through a plenty of emulation experiment of pulse transformer, the conclusion of emulation is the same of the result of the experiment.So this research is of guideline significance for inverter pulse transformer design. It is benefit for promoting quality of wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid DC/AC power inverter system and extending of the system in IMM.
