In recent years, with the development of science and technology by leaps and bounds in our country, it is well known that many technologies got rapid increase and had the very big development space, especially the AC speed control in the field of industrial drive control. At present, it is very necessary to research and develop independently a set of frequency converter integrating small power, low cost and efficiency, and it can lay a solid foundation for the further construction of the subject. In the terms of the low requirements for industrial applications, it is important to research the cost-effective and the ac drive device applied in the low-end market, which is expected to improve the market share of inverter and the production automation level. In the case of low accuracy flow quantity control, we can use the method of frequency control of motor speed control to reduce the energy consumption greatly. With the energy crisis and environmental pollution increasing serious in the modern society, it has more important practical significance.Based on the universal frequency converter, this thesis has a brief overview on the main kinds, basic topology structure and principle of the inverter and basic theory of pulse width modulation. In this article, a simulation model using Simulink software was built and the advantages of frequency control of motor speed were verified under different control mode. This article details System overall scheme design, the main circuit of system, control circuit, the functions of the auxiliary circuit, the CCS software development platform, system flow chart and the relevant programs.The system with TMS320F2812 as the control core, combined with intelligent power module, and using pulse width modulation technology control the on-off of the power switch tube finally realizes the goal of variable voltage variable frequency. In this paper, on the basis of the system hardware and software research of the early stage, we had a rigorous verification of the hardware and software of system. Through the combination of software and hardware, the construction of experimental platform under laboratory conditions and the debugging and operation of the system, the system's feasibility and accuracy have been verified.
