In this article I will introduce the short wave broadcasting stationtechnology, the application and the service characteristic. Drawing lessonsfrom the military theory and the method of automatic detectionsystem, studied the modular scene examination way of the concrete modelshort wave broadcasting station, has formulated and optimized theintelligent examination plan, has completed the reference database of themodule and component in the broadcasting station, has completed designand make the short wave broadcasting station automatic detection electriccircuit at special test source, frequency meter, module connection and signalcollect.With the theory of modem automatic detection and the newestexamination technology, the automatic detection system has highly intellect,the examination function is comprehensive. The characteristic of automaticdetection system was that it can check broadcasting station carded on themodule and the component level, the checking scope has included thecomponent parameter and the active status. The system can check the resultand the database accurate parameter carries on the comparison, the promptdistinction was measured the module and the component performance andthe breakdown characteristic, accurately locate broadcasting station'sbreakdown to the concrete electric circuit or the component. The systemuses the liquid crystal contact surface to demonstrate that, displayedinformation rich, the menu prompts comprehensively is direct-viewing,operation easy to operate.This topic based on the AT89C52 monolithic integrated circuitdevelopment system, selects the lattice type MGLS12864 liquid-crystaldisplay, the system software mainly uses the assembly language, VB and theACC compilation, the development cost was low, and easy to develop andimplement. This design also fully considerate the factors of short wavebroadcasting station renewal, the system has reserved space to expand ,wecan intensify the system function through further development, also throughpromoting the database and changing connection to realize automaticdetections for other model, with general detecting instrument, it can meetthe more widespread examination needs。...
