This dissertation designs the accelerated life tests data management and analysis system software according to the traits of ALT data itself from the software engineering aspect. From the ALT data management and analysis aspects, this software is designed and coded. This dissertation explains the basic theories and conception, in order to develop this useful software for company. Also this dissertation concludes the accelerated life equation, discusses the methods of ALT data management and analysis, and introduces the process of ALT data management and analysis using the computer software and database technology. Through the imitation and test, this software is characteristic of the fast computation, convenient operation, friendly inferface, and the high precise analysis. The software can be used by the company and the institute to implement the accelerated life test.
