The Charge Coupled Device (CCD) is a device for formate image for semiconductor, which can shift, store, transmit and deal with the picture of the scenery in the form of photoelectric signal with the aid of the essential optical system and suitable driving circuit. In the past 20 years, the CCD technology applies military and civil fields widely. The applications of measuring and monitoring are more and more popular especially with the improvement of the industrial automation and the needing of the industry condition.The accurate measurement system in plastic film based on the linear CCD obtains signals in plastic film with irradiation of parallel light by using linear array CCD control circuit. The 1-D defect signals were collected and transferred by using PCI data acquisition card, and the 1-D defect signals were analyzed and processed by using computer after it has beed transmitted to computer. Thereby, the accurate measurement to measured object is realized.To improve detect accuracy, it must firstly deal with the noise reduction for the CCD equipment. The noise and interference of the CCD equipment must be minimized. We use the noise reduction algorithm reducing the noise of the CCD. In this paper, we bring forward algorithm with adaptive matched filter based on wavelet transform todeal with the noise of the CCD. When the signals were introduced into computer by PCI data acquisition card, the computer system would be used to dispose the data of signals. Thereby, the system can realize the accurate measurement to the detected objects. In order to reducing measured errors, it is needed that the measurement system must be positioned marginally in sub-pixel level. Traditional moment methods were scarcity. In this paper, we bring forward polynomial interpolation to realize position for the object. The experimental results show that the polynomial interpolation has higher accuracy and better data duplication. Therefore, this system uses polynomial interpolation to realize sub-pixel edge localization.The application of linear array CCD-TCD132D equipment is used in this system, and the PCI data acquisition card is used to transmit data. The accurate measurement system is developed by visual C++. We bring forward a system calculagraph which can realize microsecond level. The system can ensure effectively that it is real-time, high-precision and high-speed. The experimental results show that the accurate measurement is realized.
