| Along with the constant progress of science and technology, the application of the electronics governmental affairs is increasingly multifarious, what to follow are various network security problems, how pass the Internet while guarantee the premise of the information safety to raise the government section to handle affairs a little bit hot problem that the effect and efficiencies become the current research.PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technology can resolve the security problem which E-Government faces with. It also may efficiently resolve these questions in E-Government application, which includes the confidentiality, the authenticity, the integrality, the access controlling, etc., so just it is more and more used to the E-Government application. After system of PKI is implemented integrity and accuracy, it can provide perfect information security assurance for protecting the sensitive correspondence and bargains.After analyzing and researching current information security technology, the paper proposes a systemic model of information security based on PKI/CA and discusses its function, structure and components, etc. Based on the model, the paper designs and implements a secure E-government information system.The paper has finished the following works:1. The paper analyzes the main drawbacks of current information security, discusses the main techniques of solving these problems, and proposes a systemic model of information security based on PKI/CA.2.
