VHF ACARS GROUND-AIR DATA COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN BOTH CIVIL AVIATION TRANSPORT AND AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL. ALONG WITH CAAC'S DEVELOPING IN GROUND-AIR DATA COMMUNICATION THIS SEVERAL YEARS, HOW TO UTILIZE GROUND-AIR DATA LINK TO MONITOR THE QUALITY OF AIRPLANES PERFORMANCE REAL-TIMELY AND EFFICIENTLY IS NOW A NEW TREND OF RESEARCH. FOR THE SAKE OF RESEARCH THE GROUND-AIR DATA LINK SYSTEM BETTER, WE BUY THE PATS FROM ADS COMPANY, AND DEVELOP GROUND-AIR DATA LINK REALTIME INFORMATION PROCESSING ,MONITOR AND EMULATION SYSTEM BASE ON IT.PATS IS AN ACARS MONITOR AND EMULATOR SYSTEM BASE ON VHF DATA COMMUNICATION, AND IT ALSO HAS THE CAPACITY OF WORKING AS A TRANSCEIVER FOR DATA OF THE REAL ACARS DATA LINK. SO IT HAS GREAT VALUE IN ENGINEERING APPLICATION AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH DEVELOPING.IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE EXPANSIBILITY OF PATS SOFTWARE SYSTEM, WE DEVELOP THE GADLRIPMES. THIS SYSTEM PROVIDE THE BASIC FUNCTIONS WHICH PATS HAS, SUCH AS DATA TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN AIR AND GROUND, DATA PROCESSING, ACARS-EG, SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, DATA MONITORING AND DATA FILTER. OTHERWISE, IT HAS THE CAPABILITY OF DECODING ARINC620 MESSAGES, DISTRIBUTING MESSAGES IN LAN AND IMPORTING MESSAGES INTO DATABASE. WE ALSO BUILD REALTIME GROUND-AIR DATABASE FOLLOW WITH ARINC618 AND ARINC620 PROTOCOL. THIS ARTICLE INTRODUCE THE COMMUNICATION PRINCIPLE OF GROUND-AIR DATA LINK AND PATS'S STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION. THIS ARTICLE ALSO DESCRIBE THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT METHOD OF GADLRIPMES. THIS SYSTEM IS MAINLY USED IN AIRLINE COMPANIES, IT IS CAPABLE OF REALTIME MONITORING FOR GROUND-AIR DATA LINK ,AND CAN INTERPRET MESSAGES INTO ENGINEERING VALUES COMPREHENSIBLE FOR THESE AIRLINE COMPANIES.
