City ecological environment worsens day by day, causes to that the importance of urbanforest's ecology benefit evaluation which shows more urgency. At present, the pattern that"interpretation of remote sensing image and spatial statistic analysis of GIS" was mainly usedall over the world.In order to establish an information platform of the urban forest ecology benefitevaluation, simultaneously it considered most evaluations on urban forest ecology which werelimited in two-dimensions targets, the article use digital photogram metric technology in fullscale. It not only has obtained the three-dimensional evaluation targets, also has realized theintegration of aerophotograph correction and the information extraction.This article based on the existing research results of urban forest evaluation as well as thelandscape ecology, and had done a general study on the urban forest ecology evaluation targets.By ways of made the transverse comparison of the existing evaluation models and parametersrevision and so on, the study established it's own evaluation targets system.This article studied the processing methods include the data source of aerial images andsatellite images data based on the numeral photographic survey technology, and proposedseveral kinds of plans about "gather the automatic connect points", and contrasted it.Finally, this article based on ArcView GIS and carry on the pure secondary exploitationwith its exploitation Avenue language. It has realized a urban forest ecology benefit evaluationsystem which based on the digital photogram metric. Virtually, the research has realized thatthe city forest resource management, the tri-dimensional green quantity statistics, the forestcorverd indices, the carbon store and the functions about city hot island's weaken.The paper is a synthetical study of GIS technology, the digital photogram metrictechnology, the secondary exploitation technologies and realized the multi-disciplinaryknowledge as urban forest and the landscape ecology through the computer, proposed a "3D-GIS"kind applied in the urban forest ecology which is a brand-new thought, it may promote tri-dimensional GIS hopefully in this domain.
