The Research Of Open Architecture CNC System Based On PMAC

With the developing of the computer technology and electromechanical facilities , the function of the CNC machine become more and more strong. At the same time ,The close structure of different company holdback it' s step of development. Open Architecture CNC system is the main trend of NC technique. Currently the countries concentrate on the research of this aspect, and drew up the corresponding standard, our country also has the related product to publish. After analyzing the characteristics of various open Architecture CNC system, this paper put forward a kind of open Architecture CNC system based on PC+ NC system, Consider the actual application in the laboratory ,We choose the common XK5032 milling machine as the object of reformation and control, take the PMAC- lite produced by the American company of Delta Tau as the hardware controller, the industy-control PC as the host computer, construst a ultra-precision open architecture CNC system. Making the research on the following aspects:1.Construct a hardware system:To design CNC machine ,configure controller , host computer, driver, motor and sensor. The hardware structure of open system with the function of miller be constructed.2. Going deep into the control algorithm for servo system: This paper analyses PID controller, researches three feedback servocontrol of CNC machine. Ordinarily, the position adjustor must have rapid response characteristic and can' t over adjusting. But in position loop , the model parameter can be nonlinearity and usually changed. Author bring forward a new fuzzy controller that control parameter can automatically regulate with the adjust process. System simulates with MATLAB.3. Setting up Communication between PC and PMAC based on DPRAM:Construct communication between PC and PMAC with dual port RAM(DPRAM), classify the data type and format, and define the homologous address of DPRAM and convert formula.4. Programming PLC logic program:According to logic control of CNC machine, write the program of PLC based on hardware of PLC inside PMAC .5. Exploitting customer interface of PC : Making use of the strong function of the VB and PtalkDT of ActiveX control, design the friendly operation interface .On the PC port, oprator can programme and upload program , configure parameter , display position parameter etc.
