The quality data acquisition is an important component of quality detection, the foundation and prerequisite of the quality management. Modern quality management requires the quality detection data acquisition must be automatic, real timing, accurate and systemic. The traditional quality detection data acquisition is realized by gauges and measurable instruments, and it has poor efficiency and accuracy. Then digitized instruments were developed, they can realize measure and read the data out or transmit them to computers directly. But the traditional digitized instruments are wired and inconvenient to use, these limit their application. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a wireless technology to transmit the measured data.The Bluetooth technology is the newest achievement of wireless communication domain. Using it to construct wireless data acquisition and transmission system, data transmission troubles caused by wires would be overcome. Moreover the Bluetooth products have such characteristics as little volume, low power consumption, convenient to carry and flexible to use. These make systems more convenient to install, debug and maintainable. And then solve many troubles caused by wiring transmission. The main content of this topic is combining the Bluetooth technology with data acquisition technology to be quality detection data acquisition and wireless transmission module, designing portable products which have characteristics of little volume, low power consumption, and convenient to install and service. In many domains, with the development of science, wire products should be replaced by wireless ones. So this research has significant practical value and vast application prospect.This article studies the application of the Bluetooth technology in in domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprise firstly, and then proposes applied the Bluetooth technology in transmitting production quality detection data wirelessly. By a series of research, it is proved that the Bluetooth technology is helpful to the solution of too many wires, complicated circuitry, poor real timing and reliability. This will make a reliable fundamental to quality detection data analysis and decision. The main contents of this topic are as follows:Firstly, elaborating the relations of wireless data detection and quality guarantee, summarizing the research and development present states of the Bluetooth wireless quality detection data transmission technology, studying the systemic architecture and correlative basis theory of the Bluetooth technology, advancing the research scheme, architecture of hardware and software, flow of development and the related algorithm when applying the Bluetooth technology in product quality data wireless transmission.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing and researching the Bluetooth lower protocol, this topic elaborates the flow and realization methods of HCI UART transmission layer among the Bluetooth modules, takes emphasis on the research of HCI which based on Jinou Bluetooth development platform.Thirdly, using the Bluetooth development platform and the Bluetooth in-line module, develops the Bluetooth quality detection data transmitter which faced digitized vernier caliper, realizes the communication between digitized vernier caliper and the Bluetooth development platform primarily.Finally, summarizes the Bluetooth wireless quality detection data transmission system, and make some prospect.
