The construction and application of our country' suniversity network has obtained extremely encouraging result,developing after more than 10 years(Three stages), but alsohas many problems, for example, lacking theoretic basis,advanced management ideas of the construction and applicationof university network, attaching importance to technicalstratification plane of university network, neglecting thesystem stratification and the spiritual stratification plane,contempt in the importance of humanities value and so on, whichhas seriously affected the quality and the level of universitynetwork. We should correct the biased understanding to thehumanities value of university network existing in the processof educational information and attach more importance tohumanities value of the university network, sparkplug human-centric, displays its scientific valueand the humanities valuefully, correctly guides the campus person entering the campusnetwork at the right moment, suitably applying campus network,take raising person's humanities spirit as ultimate objective,in order to develop our country' s educational informationpowerfully and promote educational reformof university and themodernization of higher education.The essay puts forward a humanism supposition of university.network based on the analysis of the meaning of universitynetwork and the profound anatomy of the existing problems ofuniversity network from animadverting on ideology, technical logos and impact on campus culture. The construction andapplication of university should have three important thinking:integration, virtuality and transcendence.
