Thesis On Redesign And Implementation Of Web-based Court Case Information System

Electronic government is a government management mode based on the computer network technique, of which share of information resources, communication and cooperation are the core, and process re-engineering and relative integration of workflow are the structure. Through disposition of information resources and reform of workflow, E-government can improve efficiency and service and reduce expenditure as well. Based on the research of Web database technique, the thesis analyzes the existing Suqian Intermediate People's Court Case Information System, and thereby reforms and redesigns it.A stucture which is suitable for court procedure is put forward in the thesis, and process re-engineering organization management theory, E-government theory, workflow technique, Web database technique, intelligent courtroom, long-distance access into system, and so on, are mainly discussed. In accordance with the characteristics of court comprehensive information system and the need of various users, the redesigned structure adopts the new B/W/D/C four-tier structure of Web database, which combines the advantages of both C/S structure and B/S structure, to improve the deficiency of the C/S structure in the previous three-tier structure, and therefore satisfies the need for thin-client of part of the users, lowers the difficulty of code design, and improves the interaction ability between Web server and dababase. It provides a new model for "digital court on Internet" and has already been applied in Suqian Intermediate People's Court Public Information System. The practice proves that both the theoretic production and the real application keep ahead of the current court information systems in our country.The main work and production of the thesis are as follows:After a thorough research and analysis of the defficiency and shortage of the previous court case information management system, the thesis puts forward the design theory in reforming the system, and based on the existing knowledge, introduces in detail some relevant theories and techniques, which must be used in designing, such as process re-engineering, E-government, Web database technique, B/S structure, and so on;The thesis researches and analyzes the feasibility of reforming the Web-based court case information management system, and thereby redesigns the structure of court case information management system by bringing forward a new B/W/D/C four-tier structure of Web database;The redesigned system realizes a real-time view and emulation from long distance and Internet-based real-time inquiry of case information.
