The Application Research On Data Mining Technology In Long-Distance Telephone Service.

Long distance is a business of our company, and it is also the focus of all telecom company. So it is very important for us to exert our superiority and defeat our rival. Since our company have a history of one hundred years, and our customers is nearly ten millions. Long times management of telecom, we have a lot of customers' information, such as customers' telephone number,customers' address,customers' cost and so on. All this information make it possible for us to use database,OLAP and data mining to deal with our problems.In this article, we use three kind of technology such as database,OLAP and data mining to solve the problems in our long distance management. First, we analyze all customers' habit; second, we put forward our stratagem and tactics about long distance business. For what we work is in an especial status, so it should not be extended to other companies.The characteristic of this article include three point:1. It is the first time to use database,OLAP and data mining in long distance research, and we work out the stratagem of our company;2. OLAP is the basic of our analysis, we use the method to know the customers' cost, and we work out our company' s tactics in long distance.;3. In recent years, many companies are concerned about the IP business. So in this article we studied about it and made suggestions for our company. It is very useful for the development of our long distance in recent years.
