In this paper ,I try to reseach how to build up a good area image of Xinjiang Uygur municipality by broadcast and TV ,and resist the filter and impact of the western and national divisive force .The world today is characterized by an ever growing number of contacts resulting in communication between people with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. There is communication which needs to be as constructive as possible.The external communication is a important means to eliminate the conflict between China and other countries ,boost the region's development . There are 13 minorities in Xinjiang ,which is adjacent with 8 countries.Since 90s last century, more and more mass media of westen countries enter into Central Asia surrounding the west of China.The goal of this paper is to promote research the problem of the external communication by broadcast and TV in Xinjiang ,and offer its policy and advice.
