The application of parameter tuning stochastic resonance (PSR) of a class of bistable system in binary baseband digital communication system is studied in this article. Conventional signal processing methods mainly using linear equipment or methods, these all use the characteristics of certain differences between signal and noise in the time domain or frequency domain ,by means of suppressing the noise to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, then the signal detected, so it has some limitations , mainly manifesting the signal-to-noise ratio threshold in the best detection always high, and when the signal and noise near the frequency , while suppressing noise, the useful signal inevitable damaged, but signal processing based on stochastic resonance could avoid these problems.Taking into account the practical feasibility, in this paper, we extend the Gaussian noise to one color noise. In the additive white Gaussian noise channels, the binary input PAM signal of a detailed analysis, in the basis of detailed analysis of the additive white Gaussian noise, via theoretical analysis and simulation experiments, we find the relation between bistable system parameter and output error rate. Preliminary analysis on the condition of color noise channel , the output performance of bistable stochastic resonance system. Though simulating the conditions of color noise noise channel parameter adjustment stochastic resonance phenomenon still exist.
