The emergence of web service has solved the limitation of traditional close-coupled method. Web service has taken us into a loose-coupled world though transfer data and operation to standard XML messages which are accepted abroad by IT industry. Now the application program can cross complex environment easily.OA system is necessary for an enterprise on daily working and it's inevitable that resource sharing problems emerges when OA system collaborate with the other popular systems (for example, information management, web portal system and so on) Web Service can decrease the complexity of communicating among different systems, make the OA system flexible, meet the enterprise demands and make the integration among enterprise application systems convenient.The papers first make an overview of the OA system, and analyze the pattern that applying web service technique to OA system. Then illustrate different aspects of web service, including availability, feasibility, and detail techniques used to implement services. The paper design and implement the services meeting enterprise demands under SOA architecture. Finally give the method to integrate service with OA system and illustrate some key models.
