Since it was submitted to the ITU as the standard proposed by China from 1998, TD-SCDMA has experienced fast development and now formed into a stable standard system. For china, TD-SCDMA is important and actually indicates that we will begin the era of R&D and producing in our own force. Because of the great support of Chinese government and the huge mobile communication market in China, the TD-SCDMA industrial chain is now on vigorous progress.In the industrial chain, terminal one-box test set is fairly necessary. It's very lucky for me to have this opportunity to be a researcher of the test set during my master career and to give my own contributions to this meaningful task. My main responsibility is for RF measurement algorithm design and implementation, which is going to be the basis of my graduation paper at last.In the body of paper, there are going to be following contents:1) Analyzing the function requirement of the whole test set, and designing the software architecture.2) Researching the TD-SCDMA test standard, and summarizing the RF measurement algorithm items.3) Using the modular method to design the RF measurement algotithm and finishing the implementation of this module. Firstly I give a detailed division of the RF measurement algorithm and then I introduce the common measurement working flow of this module. At last, the interface realization and the core measurement algorithm realization are detailed described.4) Concluding the thesis and the project, and making some expectations in the further study as well.
