| SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) is a new generation multimedia communication framework signaling protocol proposed by IETF. Because of feasible and simple service logic implementation function, and seamless access which support for wire and wireless network, SIP is becoming the core protocol of NGN. The SIP is application level signaling control protocol, which the management of media communication in IP network. It now is widely in VoIP system, soft switch, NGN and 3G system. The paper engaged the SIP network server , a key problem of VoIP service. The processing and implementation of register server and proxy server of SIP network server are introduced here, which provides a strong support for VoIP.The level architecture, function entities, message syntax, basic working flow, main extend mechanism and application mode in NGN are introduced here. The paper has fully discussed the register mode and proxy server of SIP. The SIP network server that finally implemented is able to realize the functions such as user-registering, forwording in SIP message region, simple session management. Through multi-type of SIP user terminal testing, the consistency of SIP network server is validated. Through using many SIP user terminal to login in the system, the stability of SIP network server is validated. By using this SIP server ,video and audio communication can be implemented. |
