Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System Of The Beauty Enterprise

Because of various reasons, the informatization of beauty culture lags. However, the enterprise informatization can improve enterprise service quality, perfect management system, expand marketing channel and so on. So, it is valuable for us to carry out research and development for informatization of the beauty enterprise, to realize administrative scientification, standardization and normalizing for the beauty enterprise.According to the actual situation of the beauty enterprise, the paper has brought forward the need of function and the total target of the management information system, designed the function framework, including function design, interface design and database design, built the soft development framework by compiling all kinds of objects which adopted Delphi7.0, C# and the thinking of object-oriented. Using the framework, it is very easy to expand the system functions only by zero code or little programming. Moreover, the framework can be used in the other different commerce system.The Management Information System of the Beauty Enterprise has two subsystems, C/S and B/S. The C/S subsystem is a three-tier Client/Server architecture implemented with Delphi7.0, and the B/S subsystem is a three-tier Browser/Server architecture implemented with asp.net. The back-end storage in the two systems is Microsoft SQL Server2000. The two subsystems visit the same database.The Management Information System of the Beauty Enterprise in the paper has implemented the following functions:(1)information input: Built customer, employee, product, service, card etc. in files respectively. Search or inquire conveniently for the enterprise.(2) Information output: Analyze the daily data. Generate the various forms, such as stock form, production marketing form and financial form.(3) Information transmission: The information can not only be transferred inside enterprise, but also be announced in the internet.Practice is testified, with the Management Information System of the Beauty Enterprise putting into effect, it has improved the efficiency of enterprise management and economic effect indeed.
