The ability of development of the new product in auto parts is an important index of integrated ability. The severity competition make more and more companies to put forward the only one step design concept. It can reduce design modification, experimenting expenses, tooling modification, and lower the cost of development. Therefore, the development of the new product needs to shorten design the period and lower the production cost based on satisfying function request. That is the problem that all auto parts suppliers are faced .The thesis analysis the reason of forming distortion, and further study the structure mode and random vibration method , and deeply study the finite element mesh technical, all this provide the basis for following math physical model. The finite element mesh technical could solve the date transfer in different CAE software. Utilizing the HyperMesh the strong function to output different file style. Though Patran analysis structure and Moldfow analysis forming distortion. realizing to delivered to result from different CAE software.Start from designing plastic flange of the fuel pump model , auto key part, utilized the finite element mesh technical , and set up the physical models based on the reasonable predigest hypothesis. Analysis the distortion, weld line in inject plastic forming and mode, stress in working condition. Respectively optimizing method on product design, mold design and forming process to reduce distortion and increase structure function. Meanwhile making the test verification. It is proof the new parallel development process have strong possibility in shorten develop period.Making use of different CAE software advantage before design, consider completely the product design, molding tool design and test, and combine emulation estimate result. It can reduce delay because of unreasonable design, and increase the credibility. So it can shorten the development period. Meanwhile, resolve the problem that mesh data could transfer from different CAE software.
