This thesis aims at exploring and developing the new method of sensor conceptual design.The conceptual design,as the result integrated of multi-discipline,should be given special attention.It is the integration of mechanics,artificial intelligence(AI)and computer. And it is a concrete application in the mechanical field of electro-mechanics' integrated technology.It puts forward conceptual design model of function-effect-knowledge(FEK). It regards the design object as a functional model and steply decomposes the functional units which implements with effects.Finnaly the system is come into being by the intelligent heuristic system of sensor conceptual desin.The main content of this thesis is as follows:1.The developmental trend of the research and development of the sensor.The designer is transforming the existing manufacture craft of sensor to developing and utilizing the new effects.Conceptual designer depends on plenty of effects in the abundant content of the knowledge base and one's own experience knowledge,and cooperates with interfering engineer which has a high-efficient mechanism,looks for the new sensor effects and the most optimal group,realizes the innovation of the sensor products.2.Conceptual design is a course of innovation and bases on knowledge too.The paper develops the corresponding intelligent heuristic system of sensor conceptual design in order to meet innovation of the sensor products and uses fully concept designer's experiential knowledge.We can implement sharing and reusing of information and high-efficient of interfering mechanism on the intelligent heuristic system.This thesis firstly puts the reused knowledge to systematically apply to the process of sensor conceptual design.Intelligent heuristic system makes knowledge to closely have contacts with the process of sensor conceptual design.It is advantageous to produce the innovative scheme on the foundation of past design knowledge.3.The intelligent heuristic system of sensor conceptual design implement methods: The system applies the mature technology of relational database(Microsoft SQL Server 2000 system)to the effect knowledge base of intelligent heuristic system and construct the applied domain for intelligent heuristic database system of sensor.It greatly simplifies the inferential process of the intelligent heuristic system and has a stronger compatibility and usability.It adopts genetic algorithm to optimal the parameter of the sensor effects and selects the effect chains of the higher fitter.It adopts the reasoning with uncertainty and the fuzzy search which develops the inference engine algorithm.Finally it uses Visual Studio.NET to develop the intelligent heuristic system application program frame,through the ADO.NET seamlessly connecttion to the database.The inferential algorithm is made a module to embed to the.NET frame.4.Under the guidance of the above theory of studied results,we develop the platform of intelligent heuristic system which adapts the main target of sensor FEK conceptual design.The system has certain intelligence and heuristic.Sensor product designer designs the kind of sensor in the process.Firstly they study the sensor product which needs the present effects,the present effect chains and designed parameters with the four databases (Knowledge,Database,Constraint base and Instance base).Secondly they optimize the the present effects and the present effect chains with genetic algorithm.Lastly they compete structured desing,functional desin,principle design,appearance design and layout design after comparative conclusion and modified designed parameters.But the developed system still needs the unceasing improvement and putts it into demonstration in pratice.Finally,I further propose some reference suggestions that expert system study on the sensor conceptual design.
