| In today’s continuously advancing economic globalization,the logistics industry,an important service support,has rapidly developed in recent years.Moreover,logistics optimization issues aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency have also attracted the attention of industry and academia.The packing problem is a classic problem in the field of logistics optimization.A reasonable packing plan can not only improve the space utilization of the carriage but also cooperate with intelligent loading systems to achieve automated loading of goods,improving overall logistics efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises.In the milk industry,the research on three-dimensional packaging problems and the development of intelligent loading systems have significant economic value and improve the factory’s intelligent logistics system,laying the foundation for further building a fully automated smart factory.The research content carried out in the article is as follows: After practical research and development of an intelligent milk loading system as the application background,a hybrid heuristic algorithm based on flower stack fusion three space segmentation heuristic algorithm and simulated annealing genetic algorithm is proposed;This algorithm abandons traditional single box loading and simple combination stacking and uses flower stacking as the smallest loading unit to fit the loading of milk boxes better.It solves three problems of milk during transportation: firstly,it is easy to stack,squeeze,and damage;secondly,it has low utilization of unidirectional stacking space;thirdly,it has low efficiency when stacking single boxes;In the solving steps algorithm,the traditional simulated annealing genetic algorithm has been improved;Subsequently,based on the above algorithm,an intelligent milk loading system was developed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm were verified through experiments;At the same time,considering the needs of practical applications,the system has also designed communication control for existing PLC palletizing and destocking robotic arms and real-time 3D animation display of the loading process.The innovation of the paper is reflected in the proposal of an improved hybrid heuristic algorithm as the intelligent milk loading algorithm,which combines the traditional three-space segmentation heuristic algorithm and simulated annealing genetic algorithm,and partially improves the coding and mutation steps of the genetic algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm performs better than CPLEX,GA,and SA algorithms.And for the cases of no rotation,2-way rotation,and 6-way rotation,the optimization effect of 6-way rotation on the average volume utilization rate,the average number of boxes placed,and the average value of loaded boxes on the entire dataset are better,demonstrating that this algorithm can better solve the three-dimensional packing problem based on flower stacks as the minimum loading unit in milk loading. |
