Innovation ability is a key factor to measure the core competitiveness of an enterprise or a country.In the current fierce market competition environment,enterprises need to improve their innovation ability to develop products to meet the needs of market users.Because of the fact that the scientific effect database contains the principle knowledge and application examples in different fields,it can provide a wealth of innovation resources to help designers seek the principle solutions in the conceptual design stage which can best reflect the product innovation.The application of interdisciplinary principle knowledge in the scientific effect database is the necessary condition to realize the high-quality product innovation.The research on scientific effect database has been carried out for many years in domestic and overseas,but there are still some imperfections.With the increasing of scientific effects,there is still no clear mapping relationship between function and effect.At present,researchers still rely on their experience to analyze the functional classification of effect,and lack a systematic method for effect classification.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the relationship between effect and function To clarify the corresponding relationship between function and effect.This topic is based on the Creap innovative design service platform developed by Innovation Method and Creative Design Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province.It mainly studied the construction principles and methods of the scientific effect database based on knowledge graph.This paper first analyzed the role of conceptual design in product design and the design process of typical conceptual design models,and analyzed the relationship between scientific effect and conceptual design model,as well as the design model of the combination of the two.At the same time,the definition,representation and relationship of functions were discussed,and the expression of scientific effect was deeply studied.Then on the basis of the above theory,the relationship between function and scientific effect,as well as the construction principle and method of scientific effect database were deeply studied.The research content and results of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:Based on the relationship between FBS model and effect in conceptual design,combined with the analysis of a large amount of scientific effect knowledge collected and sorted,a FFE(function-feature-effect)mapping model that used features as the pivot to associate functions and effects was proposed.Meanwhile,the feature extraction method of effect was studied,the general feature set was summarized,and the corresponding relationship table of the function and feature was constructed.In this paper,FFE model was used as the basis for the construction of the effect database,combined with knowledge graph technology,the entity and relationship definitions in the knowledge graph of effect database were deeply studied,and the logical architecture of knowledge graph was designed.At the same time,combined with knowledge reasoning technology based on logical rules,the reasoning rules for knowledge graph were designed.Based on the above research,the overall framework of the scientific effect database system was designed,and the knowledge graph construction based on the Neo4 j graph database and the generation of the knowledge graph were completed.The process design of knowledge reasoning and the reasoning realization process based on py Datalog were given,so as to achieve the knowledge reasoning from function to effect in the knowledge graph of effect database.ASP.NET framework and MVC pattern were used to design and build the scientific effect database module in the innovative design service platform,and the effect display and effect retrieval page were designed and implemented.An innovative design case was given to illustrate the effectiveness of the scientific effect database.
