With the improvement of people's Living standard, Car play an important role in our lives. For the time being, car air conditioning control is at a early stage in China.Most of them are hand-manual control of half automatic control, Hand manual control often results in large discrepancy between actual indoor temperature and setting temperature, and it can not satisfy the need of comfort and energy saving. On the other hand, it can decentralize driver's attention and reduce safety. It is the Tendency to realize the automatical control, of car temperature. However high-lever car have been setting automatically air conditioning in the overseas, our country always depend on the import. And we do not have the technology by ourselves to make it.As a result of car being an Non-linearity system, and it's operation mode Changing rapidly, it is hard to be controlled by general PID. Meanwhile most of paper's car modity is only suitable for the theory analysis, the author has built the modity of the car air conditioning based on the Thermodynamics, and simulated with the MATLAB and done experiments. It all shows that Fuzzy-controller is suitable for the automatical control of car temperature. It has more performance and robustness in the speed of response. stable state precision and antijamming compared with the conventional control. The experiment system has been bulit imitated the thermal process. Temperature is controlled under the varying leak-proof quality to proof the Compatibility. Getting the temperature difference, Microcomputer can adjust control parameters adaptively on line under the varying hot load based on Fuzzy-PID. And it controls power's working time to realize control Intellectually.
