Research And Implementation Of A E-business System For Residential Districts Based On WebService And Webpart

Intelligence Community(IC) is based on the high technologic system which is integrated with multiple sub-systems including: OA, Management, Commerce and so on. IC is also designed to meet the modern life's actual demands. By using computer science, Information, communications technologies, it realized the system which is based on Community Network Information Platform for providing community information, security, estate management, and eBusiness services.Since the rapidly development of eBusiness, it attracts more and more attentions. eBusiness contents three parts: Information flows, Logistics, Cash flows. Information flow is composed with EDI, Information Exchange and Browse in the WWW; Logistics is composed with Before-Sale Service,After-Sale Service and Commodity Logistics. Cash flow is fulfilled by ePaying. It is very common to see that many community management systems only provide the basic services such as automated security, automated communication and automated management.These systems can not satisfy the promoting requirements of the residents. Intelligence Community Commerce System (ICCS) helps people to realize the real eBusiness just in their own homeyards. It saves the time, reduces the costs and be convenient.ICCS takes the WebService and WebPart technologies as the base knowledge support. It involves the actual Intelligence Community and adopts the good qualities of WebService, Windows Sharepoint Server (WSS) and Commerce Server (CS) technologies. In order to realize the whole system's robustness and high efficiency, the ICCS is set up on the .NET Framework which is integrated with WSS and CS from Microsoft. The Developers or Administrators of ICCS can use the webparts (default, developed by themselves or plugs from the third parts) to achieve the object of customization.This paper proposes and does lots of research on an architecture of ICCS which is designed for multi-layers: User Tier, Transaction/Business Tier and Database Tier. It can protects the system security and satisfy the requirements as good as possible. At the meanwhile, the new architecture also considers the particularity of eBusiness and tries its best to meet the Physical Separation but Logic Integration requirement between the sub-system and the whole Intelligence Community System (ICS).
