The Design And Implementation Of Receipt Monitoring And Managing Module In Tax Source Management System Base On .NET

The tax collection and administration becomes more complicated with the fastdevelopment of market economy in China. The construction of informationization of tax resources supervision (ITRS) is an important part of the tax collection andadministration; it is also the trend of perfecting tax system and improving efficiencyof tax collection and administration.The fundamental tasks of grassroots tax authorities are providing the services for the taxpayers and tax source management. State Taxation Administration sets requests for the tax revenue collection work.The requests included science and fine.It also requests the revenue to implement providing the services for the taxpayers and tax source management base on improving the quality and the efficiency for the tax revenue collection work. At present most tax affairs management system can complete the task for providing the services for the taxpayers, but can not complete the task for providing the services for managing the tax source.The article is based on an actual project. This article hope designing a speedy, extensible, easy to using and full functional software with friendly UI for the receipt monitoring and managing system base on .NET. We hope that this system can meet the need which the future will work.This research mainly build up a monitoring and management system. The taxcollectors can use this system to work more conveniently and effectively. We use the object-oriented method to carry on the demand analysis to the system, to design and construct the system model. Useing advanced ASP.NET, ADO.NET and N structures.The NET technology, it makes the code be high efficiency, and the database connection much moreconvenient. We use the system of Windows server 2,000 on the server port, it makes the security good, the movement stable and the management easy. We uses Oracle9i for its easy-operating, the good expandability, and the high degree of correlation software integration. The system structure uses N structures applications based on the browser, the client port uses the WEB platform.Those enhance the easy-maintenance and usability. The system uses the buffer technology, which enhances the system running-rate, and reduces the response delay-time. The system enhanced the database visiting speed through the using index, temp and Materialized Views.This article first introduces the significance of this research, the research present situation. Then introducs the basic technologies which are needed by this system, including DOT NET frame, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML technology, UML technology, N structures and so on. And introduced tools this system used. In this foundation, revolves the object-oriented analysis and the design technology, gives the project description as well as the system detail demand, Introduces the system basic structure, the system model, the system principle of work, the designing for Database and N structures application. Finally, makes the detailed introduction of the system security and the performance optimization.
