Piezoelectric actuators (PZT) driving power supply is the key component in the micro-displacement system. The exiting PZT driving power supply has disadvantage such as the large size and the high power consumption, embedded design method is introduced, and a novel PZT driving power supply is designed. In this paper, the operational amplifier is used as the amplifier circuit of power supply to replace the separate components. It has the advantage such as low output ripple voltage, good stability and high reliability. According to the design of traditional PC structure modularization; a new embedded controller is used. When the intrinsic system function's requirement is satisfied, it overcomes the disadvantage such as large size and high power consumption, which makes basis of the miniaturization and portability of PZT driving power supply. The power supply uses micro-processor S3C2410 as kernel produced by the Samsung Corporation. It is the 32-bit ARM9 structure, and has a higher operational speed. In view of the Windows CE operation system, the EVC software is easy to design the application software.In this dissertation, the entire design proposal and application background of PZT driving power supply is introduced, and the circuit principle chart and the high voltage operational amplifier circuit are designed. The high voltage operational amplifier circuit is kernel in power hardware design. The high voltage operational amplifier PA92 and high precision operational amplifier OP07 is used to minimize the input offset voltage and improve the power supply's precision.High voltage circuit is designed, using ten W317 chips. It has the advantage such as low output ripple voltage, good stability. Based on the Windows CE platform, the EVC SDK is used to design the man-machine interface and the control procedure.Finally, static state experiments about the stability, resolution, static state AC ripple of the PZT driving power supply is processed, and Matlab tool software is used to analyze the experiment data. When the input signal is sine wave, triangle wave and square wave respectively, the output signal of the PZT driving power supply can well follow the input signal's change. These shows stable dynamic character. The experiment shows that PZT driving power supply has advantage such as the high precision, quick response, low ripple voltage, good character, good stability, simple structure and convenient debug.
