The high-power high-frequency switching charging supply that this paper designs comes from a company's actual product development.It relys on designing of actual prototype and debugging process. The main electric circuit and the control electric circuit are introduced from two aspects. During the research and development, the research method includes the theory analysis and the practical experiments, carrying on adjust to each electric circuit design excellent turn.The article introduces the backround of the subject, the general situation of switching power supply and development process of the power factor correction. It puts forward the corresponding design standards of the high-power high-frequency charging supply, and puts forword the total project of this design and article contents' arrangement.In the second part, this paper introduces the basic classification of high-frequency switching converter in detail.Several convetors' fundamental is analyzed. The fundamental of the full bridge converting circuit is emphatically introduced. It introduces the control strategy of high frequency switching converter and analyses the principle of Pulse Width Modulation(PWM).In the third part of this paper, it introduces the design process in detail. First, it introduces how to choose the main electric topology configuration and component. Then, it expounds the technique advantage of flat panel transformer, and introduces the design principle of the matrix flat panel transformer. Set out from the physically applied angel on this foundation, it carries on excellent turn and design. Combining the full bridge DC/DC converting electric circuit and PWM control electric circuit, it carryes out the matrix type power converter with three-phase input, and completes the design of each main electric circuit parameter.This paper firstly introduces the basic types of single phase PFC and its good points and bad points in the forth part. And emphatically introduces basic principle of the Boost type Active Power Factor Correction. Then, it introduces the primary electric topology configurations of three phase power factor correction, and analyses the advantages and esistents problem of various topology configuration in detail. On this foundation, it puts forward a kind of novel electric topology configuration, establishes the solution of three phase power factor correction, which is modular topology configuration. The main electric circuit of single phase PFC adopts the Boost type circuit, and the control electric circuit adopts average current model controller.At last part of this paper, it gives primary experiment data and wave form that get from prototype system debugging. The experiment result proves the accuracy and the possibility of theories analysis and actual design that this page make.
