The Standard IEC 61131-3, which was publicized by IEC, is a criterion about PLC programming language. It formats the programming languages and basic elements of programmable controllers. It is very important for the development of programmable controller technology, even in the whole industrial control software field.TMS320F2812 is a latest DSP, which is produced by TI corp. in U.S.. It is widely used in control field, especially in engineering mechanics control field for its high operation speed,low power and high performance.This subject bases on the project "The research of DSP controller base on IEC 61131-3 Standard", which is collaborated by Guangxi University and LiuGong Crop. According to the control technology of engineering mechanics, It is clarified that TMS320F2812 as a core controller can satisfy the demand of hardware in this paper. The features of IEC 61131-3 Standard, which is adopted as the software part on the controller, are analyzed in this paper,. It focus on researches on software platform of IEC 61131-3 Standard based on TMS320F2812. On this platform, it accomplishes A/D sampling in ST language, realizes traffic lights model in LD language, achieves DC motor with PID control in FBD language, and uses Sunway ForceControl to acquire real-time data of DC motor velocity. The test validates the realization of five programming languages on the designed controller. According to the demand of engineering mechanics controller, the communication between two controllers are realized by the platform in CAN protocol, andμC/OS-II is migrated into the controller as its RTOS for multitask scheduling.
