The Related Technology Research And Implementation Of Voice Navigation System Based On PDA

Content: With the a cceleration of urbanization and the improvement of automobile's p opularity, the urban traffic become increasingly complicated,on the other hand, with the increasing popularity of all kinds of handset electronic equipment, the Configuration of electronic equipment is better and better,So this paper, a PDA-based voice navigation system is proposed.The voice navigation system's hardware platform is PDA , the system platform is Windows CE. It combines navigation technology, geographic information system (GIS), communication technology, to provide users with navigation and Location, geographic information services for real-time voice navigation.This paper firstly introduces PDA, embedded systems, wireless networks, and other related information, and introduces the development of the Windows CE operating system in the dissertation. Then design a navigation system work flow, structure and implementation of the program.Combined the Application of issues, this dissertation makes specific analysis to the subsystems including the user interface,digital map, GPS location, route planning, navigation, and disscusses the every parts'work applied to the practical application, proposes the related technology difficulties and realization.the user interface is based on local resource completely,doesn't rely to the wireless network which the flow volume is limited,proposes a local windows management.the digital map introduces specificly the data structure of map data, map compression, the quick show of map,and realizes the 3D visual map. Besides, discusses how to receive and parse the imformation of GPS, the change of position. In the route planning, the arithmetic of searching shortest path uses advanced Dijstra arithmetic, realizes the appliaction of searching optimal path in voice navigation system.
