The purpose of the research is to design a more advanced autolevelling system. It can achieved the goal of transformation of the old model FA302, in order to enhance the efficiency of production. And the design of a network control system, to achieve the whole of the workshop and the production process monitoring.Through the analysis of the status of autoleveller technology's development at home and abroad, and contrast each form of autoleveler control, finally chose the open-loop control. Which means more targeted, as long as the cotton sliver thickness measurement accuracy, the delay between detection point and leveling point grasp properly, drafting appropriate multiples, we can achieve good results of leveling, and the current international advanced technology of autoleveler mostly identified as open-loop form.As the open-loop control require accurate measurement of thickness, Thus the topic of the sliver sensor technologies, and leverage, LVDT and AD698 with the application of technology to design a suitable right of the machine and feed sliver detection sensors not only high accuracy, small mechanical inertia, simple signal processing circuit, but solving the problem that in the face of precessing technologies change, sliver sensor with embossing roller and ladder roller, need to replace the different detection roller.In allusion to the made machine structure, we design a more appropriate status of the Autoleveller controller's platform for FA302. Then through the S7-200 PLC, servo motor, Touchscreen and developed sliver sensor and the realization of the design of the autoleveling controller, use position control servo motor features high accuracy, made sliver from the point of detection sensor variable positioning point Leveling new control methods, and with fixed-length sliver detection, roller speed detection combining design the Leveling Control System. We also design the system based on the PROFIBUS-DP technology of the computer network and system monitoring program.Finally through the experimental read data of cotton sliver, interference and leveling experiments and experimental debugging, we tested the sliver sensor's linearity, sensitivity and resolution. Make the certification of the resolution of the entire system autoleveller sliver of thickness changes. Leveling around the sliver by the thickness of contrast embodied that the design of the machine and autoleveller system in the experimental stage of testing leveling function.In short, The topics designed sliver sensor with the open-loop autoleveller control system will make contribution to the future development of autoleveller technology.
