With the swift development of LSI (Large Scale Integtation) and computer sience,the digital technology has come into every field of kownledge. As analog signal is the most physical in the nature,the conversation from analog signal to digital one has been the most important step on the way of signal and analysis control.Data acquisition system converts analog signal to the digital one,which can be identified with the computer.The thesis presents a design project based on PCI interface,and fulfils it.It states whole design both hardware and software.It mainly introduces the PCI BUS,and the special interface chip PLX9054,and the application about FPGA.Designs the hardware system and accomplishes a debugging ,which focus on the selection of chips on the PCI card,the power,the speed and capacity of the storage and so on.At the same time,discussed some problems which need to be paid attention to when design the PCB board in order to reduce EMI and improve the digital circuit's performance.Then,this dissertation researches the design and implementation of PCI device driver.Windows is widely used on the world,it' s applied and universal to develop the device drivers for the operation systems. We make use of Windriver to carry out card driver.The scheme is integrated and effectual.It could meet most requirement adjust detail for the different object,that could reduce the cost and risk of the develop.
