The Study Into The Journalistic System Of Shan-Gan-Ning Remote Region At Yan' An Period

The Shan-Gan-Ning remote region being as an important and landmark like-minded area in the course of Chinese Communist Party's development, it has the demonstration meaning for the founding of the People's Republic of China. Therefore, since the People's Republic of China was established, this region has been highly paid much attention by the academe. Its studying and researching field involves the regime building,law,finance,culture and education of this remote region, etc. Nevertheless, there are rare achievements relating to the research into this region's journalistic system. Considering a basic research and exploration made to this topic, this thesis adopts the literature analysis method to read and analyze some historical literatures including original files of counties dominated by this remote region,'the Documents Collection of the Shan-Gan-Ning Remote Regional Council of CCP',Yan'an 'Liberation Daily',and 'the Documents Collection of the Northwest Bureau under the CCP Central Council', etc. According to these study and analysis, the basic frame of this region's journalistic system is, thereby, formed. This frame basically could be divided into three parts. The first part is the organization structure and responsibility distribution of the propaganda department at each level under the remote region. The structures and tasks of diversified councils governing different journalistic business of this remote area compose the second part. The final content is about all kinds of journalistic and propagandistic system. Above frame about this remote region's journalistic system is the prime content of this thesis's first part. The last part, from the aspects of nature condition, politics, economy & social culture, etc, focuses on making analysis on the reasons of forming this propaganda system. Based on dissecting the various elements affecting the buildup of this journalistic system, it could be finally concluded that this remote region's journalistic system is able to timely adjust and alter in accordance with the change of political, economic and social condition at that time. Namely, it is such a journalistic system, which can keep pace with times. This has terribly important function for this remote region to form its model statues at that time.
