Research On Mobile Library Of Community Based On Learning Society

The president Jiang Zeming put forward the proposition of the construction of learning society in which is filled with all the learning people and learning all of their life at the 16th committee. This proposition is for the extending and maintaining of our policy, because the construction is related to the economic development and enhancement of all the scientific and cultural making of all the nations.The further education is as important as the obligation education in all one's life, it is invaluable in the learning society, it's one of main manner of construction and publicize the spirit of patriotism, bring along the increase of economy and contribute to the construction of harmony society.The community library is the key of the public library which play the most important role in the construction of learning society .It is build in the community; rely on it; layout it in the way of meshwork; make it become the all and the one in the society and serve for all the people. There are very big gap of development between the community library and public library ,but it's preponderant to develop, because it takes advantage on its own features which are different from the public library in the function .It exert its most important function in the learning society ,and the service of the mobile library suit it also.Mobile library is a kind of service of share information, which provides other libraries with information, and acquires at the same time. There are three kinds of mode of building by the. organizer,The first is the central library and some extension library next to it.; The second library is managed by the private; The third is the united library by cooperation. The mobile library carry out various mode of service, comparing with other modes ,such as the borrowing-lending and the bookcrossing. It is more adapted meeting with its various and diverse need about the function of community library.This kind of mode was popular earlier abroad, and influenced very deep in many ways of life there. Though there have been the mobile library since the last century in our country, they are lack of plenty recognition from the view of whole society. So it's no time to delay to change the actuality of mobile library of community about the neglect.Mobile library of community belong to the library system,and the subjection is very complicated. Generally speaking it is managed by many leaders, for example the government administration, the community department, the superior library, the unit and party of local, they will probably participate in its constructing and managing. It's very important to have a good relationship with the local administration, other libraries and community organizations, However, to choose which kind of mode of development, to bring it into effect with the function of community library. In a word, the consultation of information, providing education and the entertainment, all the three functions of community library guide its direction of development.Due to the imbalance of the development of our country now , the construction of community library must adjust measures to local conditions. It's better to program very appropriately according to the development of community and the instance of economy. The lowest limit must suit the reading need of local people and fit the mobile service. The small community library which is with the fixation of capability of books and immobile position are suit the common community, the community extension library are supplied with capital and technology by the local government and the center library. It's the best mode of maturity in community library. It can carry through modern manner of service, and more appropriate meet the need of information for people.
