With the rapid development of telecommunication technology and globalization economic integration process, electronic business has become more and more thriving. As the combination of network and business, E-business has gradually become one part of the people's daily life. Electronic payment is the core of e-business, so it's the focuses which the banks, businessmen and customers are concerned about that how to ensure the convenience, reliability and security of online payment, especially the security of sensitive financial information. As the deeper research on the elliptic curve cryptology, this technology also become increasingly sophisticated and its advantages are more distinct. It provides higher security, shorter key size, less computer, faster process speed, less memory space and lower bandwidth, so it has wide application prospect in information security field.Firstly, This paper reviewed research results and development status of electronic payment and electronic cash, and introduced the related technologies of cryptography. Then the paper showed the severability principle and detailed methods of electronic cash, and indicated the solution about the remaining currency after analysing the K-tree improvement program by Pengbing. Finally, we design the off-line divisible e-cash program based on elliptic curve cryptography through using the superior performance of elliptic curve cryptography based on the K-tree program. The program is anonymous, divisible, unattached. This design of electronic cash program has important significance for the implementation of electronic payment system.
