More and more big and medium-sized enterprises begin to apply the Multidivisional Structure. The peculiarity of Multidivisional Structure leads to decentralization and many parallel and heterogeneous systems. It is very critical to exchange and share information in the enterprises. To realize real informationization of enterprise depends on the integration of these heterogeneous systems. Apparently, an integration system is an optimum solution; it can meet the demand of sharing of information and sufficiently make use of the existent resources. But, it is complicated and easily variational to integrate the parallel and heterogeneous systems in enterprises with Multidivisional Structure.Firstly, the thesis reviews the model of Multidivisional Structure, analyzes its merit, disadvantage, the problem to informationization and must build an integration information system to solve the problem.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the trait of the old heterogeneous systems and the demand of the integration of information system in the enterprises with Multidivisional Structure, puts forward an integration model to these heterogeneous systems, and researches on the integration of heterogeneous data and the access control of the model. The mode ameliorated some old methods and is an effective solution.Finally, the thesis takes the project "The Human Resource System of HeFei Haier" for an example and effectively explains the points all above.
