The working state of the Electric Actuator combined with the advanced controlling program of foreign present Electric Actuator products is analysised in details. The software and hardware of Intelligent Inverter of Electric Actuator based on space vector controlling designing scheme is put forward. The experimental prototype system controlled by two CPUs of DSP-TMS320F2812 and Ling Yang Micro-controller SPMC75 is designed. Experiments indicate that the prototype system can meet the designing requirements.The relation between the output torque and valve speed of intelligent electric actuator is studied, based on this, the improvement on the controlling algorithm of SVPWM is proposed. The system power platform based on intelligent power module and peripheral circuits including drive circuit, interface circuit, hardware protection circuit, interface circuit and auxalary power supply system is designed. The system's protection function becomes more perfect and the responding time of the protect circuit is less than 1μs. According to the system's requirement, the main program, the calculation and controlling program of SVPWM, controlling and sampling program and protection program etc. in terms of different functions is programmed.The experimental prototype of electric actuator has passed the testing of the soft-start and soft-stop with variable-frequency, accomplishes fixed position testing and position-tracking control of the valve. The position error is ledd than 1% and the prototype achives the requisition of high output torque in low-speed condition.
